FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Are Friday and Sunday’s events free? Yes
When do the Refinery grounds open for the event? Doors open at 5pm on Saturday with music starting at 6pm.
Can I buy tickets at the door? Yes, however, the Refinery does not currently have a box office on-site. All tickets are sold online (even at the gates). We highly recommend purchasing your tickets in advance to avoid Wi-Fi issues and longer wait times.
I can no longer attend. All ticket sales are final. All tickets are non-refundable.
Can someone else use my ticket? Yes, just send your electronic ticket to them.
Where is my ticket? Look up Ticket Web or contact the ticket service to have a new barcode sent. There will be a master list at the entrance, but the line will move quicker if tickets are ready to scan.
Are bags searched upon entry? ALL bags will be searched before entry. ALL BAGS MUST BE CLEAR except for small personal clutches approximately the size of a hand (no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5”). This is for the safety of all guests and staff. The only exceptions to this rule are medical and diaper bags.
Where do I park? Onsite parking is reserved for VIP ticket holders. General admission parking is available along Meeting Street. There is also area parking including a deck nearby. Uber/Lyft rides are recommended.
Is there ADA viewing and parking? Yes, ADA viewing is available in GA as well as VIP with elevator access and interior bathrooms. There are also handicap parking spots.
Is camping available? No onsite camping is offered.
Are these rain or shine event? Yes. The music will be shutdown only if there is lightning detected in the area. We can get up and running once lightning strikes are undetected for 20 minutes.
Where do we wait during the rain? There are three bars and restaurants on the property with indoors that you can shelter from the rain and catch some football.
Will there be food and beverages available? Yes, we will have food vendors and multiple bars with water, soft drinks, beer, wine & liquor available in addition to The Whale and Cleats being open. There will be water stations available too.
Can I bring my children? Yes, kids under 10 are free and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Is it OK to bring dogs? For the safety of our guests, dogs are not allowed unless in a service capacity.
What is NOT allowed? Outside food, beverages, chairs, coolers, flags, tents, weapons, drugs, glitter, confetti, lasers, and pets.
Will media passes be available for journalists who what to cover the event? Yes, please reach out to lorrie@eskimoadvertising.com.

Do you have opportunities for volunteers? Yes, please fill out our contact form.
Are you accepting more craft vendors? At this point, all spots are full.
Will there be after parties? You know it! We have partnered with The Commodore that will have live music until 1am after Friday and Saturday’s events.
